Shipping Policy

Every TEKKO order ships free, worldwide. Here is exactly what happens after you press Add to cart.

Processing

We pack and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it (Monday to Friday). Orders placed at the weekend go out on the next working day.

Delivery time

Delivery normally takes 7–15 working days, depending on your location and on customs in your country. That window applies to every destination we ship to — there is no faster paid option and no slower economy option.

Tracking

As soon as the parcel leaves us you get an email with a tracking link. If the link still shows nothing after 5 working days, write to help@thetekko.store and we will chase it for you.

Customs and duties

Import duties or local taxes, where they apply, are set by your own country and are not included in the price you paid us.

Wrong address

Tell us within 12 hours of ordering if you mistyped your address and we will correct it before dispatch. After the parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it.
