Refund & Return Policy
If the console is not what you hoped for, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back.
30-day returns
Contact help@thetekko.store within 30 days of delivery and we will send you return instructions. The console needs to come back complete — device, memory card, screen protector and cable — and in a condition we can reasonably resell.
Refunds
Once the return reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund to your original payment method. Your bank usually needs a further 5–10 business days to show the money — that is their timeline, not ours.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
Send us a photo or a short clip within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the unit or refund you in full. You will not pay return shipping in that case.
1-year warranty
Beyond the return window, the console, screen and battery stay covered for 12 months against faults that are not caused by drops, liquid or opening the case.
What we cannot take back
- Consoles returned without prior contact
- Units with physical damage, water damage or a modified case
- Returns started more than 30 days after delivery
